Packet pick up for the USAC amateur riders is from 7pm to 10pm on Friday of race week. Location is the Petit Jean room at The Chancellor Hotel on downtown square. 70 North East Avenue Fayetteville, Arkansas 72701. 479-442-5555. The Petit Jean room is located on the 1st floor of the hotel. Riders can pick up race packets on Saturday morning between 6:30am and 9:00 am at the time trial staging area located at Campground C in Devil's Den State Park.

Entry fees include a $3 per day USAC insurance surcharge. Non-licensed riders will need to purchase a $10 one-day USAC license for each day they race. An unattached rider fee of $5 will be charged to any rider who is not part of a team, except Category Men 5, and Women 4 riders.
