ONSITE REGISTRATION AND PACKET PICK-UP: Sunday, May 21, beginning at 8:30am until 1 hour before race cat start

We’ve heard from many of you how disappointed, and in some cases heart broken, you are after 45 years we will be dropping the amateur weekend stage race.  And trust me…I feel your pain!  Well folks…we may have a solution for all concerned. 

How about a 2-day, 2-stage Omnium which involves the Time Trial and Criterium!  You can register for both to compete in the omnium or register for just the TT or the Crit.  And there is even a third option and that is also registering for the Bike City Fondo (BCF) in a package deal.

Yes, you will not be able to count the BCF in the Omnium, but you will be able to race 3 events in 2 days if you have the courage, mind and legs to do it.  So why not travel with your training partners, significant other, family and friends and make a weekend of competing in the oldest stage race in the country on one of the most epic criterium courses in the USA.

For those who may not be familiar with an Omnium format…it’s based on points by order of finish and not time so if you happen to have a bad day on the time trial, you still have a chance for the overall win.  And of course if you don’t want to race both stages and only race one of the events…you now have that option with the Omnium format.

Entries are priced with a t-shirt, but a rider can save $5 by choosing a no t-shirt option or upgrade to a hoodie for additonal $15.

Packet Pickup / Registration Information:

• Friday - May 19 (Registration/Packet Pickup)
  • Time - 5 - 8pm
  • Location -  Puritan Coffee and Beer, 205 W Dickson St. Fayetteville, AR 72701
• Saturday - May 20 (Packet Pickup only):
  • Noon to 2pm
  • Location - Devils Den State Park, 1133 West Arkansas Highway 74 Winslow, Arkansas 72959. GPS Coordinates N 35.778536 W 094.252968.
• Sunday - May 21 (Registration and Packet Pickup):
  • 8:30am to 1 hour before race start
  • Location - Start/Finish Line, Church and Center Streets, Fayetteville, AR 72701.

Entry fees include a $5.30 USAC insurance surcharge. Non-licensed riders will need to purchase a $15 one-day USAC license (if the respective category allows for a one-day license option) per EACH day of racing. 

Refund / Transfer / Event Cancellation Policies:

• No refunds
• All Sports Productions in coordination with both local emergency personnel and race officials will make decisions based on safety first
• Courses and/or race segments may be altered as agreed to between All Sports Productions and officials.
• No refunds will be given, but...
• Participants who are unable to race will be allowed to rollover their entry to the following year
• Participants must contact the Race Director before the race to be eligible for a rollover
• If the event is cancelled, rollovers do not apply and all participants will be transferred to the reschedule date of the event
• All Sports Productions in coordination with both local emergency personnel and race officials will make decisions based on safety first.
• Courses and/or race segments may be altered as agreed to between All Sports Productions and officials.
• If the event must be cancelled, then a participants' registration will be transferred to the rescheduled event only. The rescheduled date may not be until the following year's regularly scheduled date. The transfer is only good for the rescheduled event regardless if the athlete is able to attend.
